Goal: Develop essential massage techniques while fostering communication, relaxation, and connection. This workshop is designed for pairs, whether friends, family members, or partners; massage is a shared experience that anyone can enjoy! You’ll learn hands-on skills and practice with each other in a supportive and professional environment.
Total Course Investment:
Attend an individual class for only $150, OR all 6 classes as a bundle for $600 incl GST

Week 1: Introduction to massage & connection through touch
- purpose & benefits of massage & touch
- basic safety & contraindications
- Basic strokes
- Hands-on practice: Back Massage
Week 2: Creating the right massage environment
- Setting up a comfortable massage space at home
- Learn foundational strokes and proper hand positioning
- Hands-on Practice: head, neck, shoulders
- Communicating pressure levels & preference
Week 3: Understanding Muscle Tension & Applying Deeper Pressure
- Identify common tension areas & muscle knots
- Learn deeper techniques
- Hands on practice: Hips and legs
- Reflection: how pressure levels influence relaxation
Week 4: Massage for Stress Relief
- Introduce stress-relieving massage for hands, feet & head
- Practical exercise: building a short relaxation sequence - 30 minutes
- Explore grounding techniques and incorporate stretches into routine
Week 5: Using Intuitive Touch for Relaxation
- Build a personalized 45-minute full-body massage routine round 1
- How slow, intentional movements enhance connection
Practice: Crafting and delivering a custom sequence for your partner
Week 6: Creating a Full-Body Routine & Customizing for Your Partner
