Goal: Develop essential basic massage techniques while fostering relaxation, and connection. This workshop is designed for pairs, whether friends, family members, or partners; massage is a shared experience that anyone can enjoy! You’ll learn hands-on skills and practice on each other in a supportive and professional environment.
Total Course Investment:
All equipment is available for use during the workshop: Tables, Bolsters, Linen, Oil/Wax balm
Attend an individual class for only 200.00, OR all 4 classes as a bundle for 700.00 incl GST.

- Basic beginner techniques
- Hands-on practice: Head, neck & shoulders
Week 2: Creating the right massage environment
- Setting up a comfortable massage space at home
- Learn foundational strokes and proper hand positioning
- Hands-on Practice: Head, Neck & Shoulders
- Communicating pressure levels & preference
Week 3: Massage for Stress Relief
- Introduce stress-relieving massage
- Practical exercise: chest, arms & hands
- Explore grounding techniques and incorporate stretches into routine
Week 4: Understanding Muscle Tension & Applying Deeper Pressure
- Identify common tension areas & muscle knots
- Learn deeper techniques
- Hands on practice: Glutes, legs & Feet
- Reflection: how pressure levels influence relaxation
