For your first session, you need to complete a confidential history form prior to your appointment. It's important that you take the time to read through and detail any past and present medical conditions, general physical activities and any areas you are currently experiencing pain and discomfort. The form will also help to rule out any conditions that may make the massage unsafe and will also help us to individually tailor your massage to suit your needs. For follow-up sessions it's important that you tell your therapist about any changes in your health since your last session including injuries, illnesses or pain.

Yes there is! Parking is available on site located in the spot reserved for “cocoon psychology”. If that parking spot is full, please park on Church Lane. Sometimes the therapist may still be in session with a client, if you arrive early for the appointment.

Yes we do! Please note that a parent or guardian is required to complete the minors consent form, depending on your therapist and age you may also require a guardian to be present during your initial consultation. It is best to give us a call once you have made your appointment.

Your massage therapist will generally suggest a treatment plan that may cover at least 2-3 sessions, depending on your current condition or problem.
For a "maintenance" massage, we recommend every 4-6 weeks. This will help keep your body in a relaxed state around your lifestyle..
If you're a competitive sportsperson, weekly sessions can be beneficial, working up to events to maintain optimum performance.

Health & Wellness Policy
Your health and the health of our clients is our top priority. If you're feeling unwell and are unsure whether it's safe to receive treatment, please contact us before your appointment to discuss.
We kindly ask that if you are sick, you reschedule or cancel your appointment in advance. We have a zero tolerance policy for clients arriving while displaying signs of illness, as we want to protect everyone in our space.
If a client arrives unwell, we will unfortunately have to refuse treatment, and the full 100% scheduled appointment fee will still apply.
We understand that unexpected illnesses and emergencies happen! If you:
Have a fever
Have been recently hospitalized
Have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your appointment
Need to care for a sick child at home
We ask that you cancel your appointment. In these cases, you will not be charged, unless the appointment is missed without notice.
Please take care, and thank you for being mindful—we appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space safe and well!

Appointment Changes & Cancellations
We completely understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any charges.
Changes or cancellations between 24 - 12 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service price.
Changes or cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment or failure to show without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service price.
Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of the scheduled appointment, as we’re unable to extend session times. Full payment for the scheduled service will still apply.
We do our best to provide reminder emails as a courtesy, but managing and remembering appointments is the responsibility of each client. If you don’t receive a reminder email, it’s not an excuse for missing your session—we still look forward to seeing you!
Thank you for your understanding and support—we appreciate you and can’t wait to provide a restorative experience for you!

At SYNRG Massage Therapy, we have rigorous cleaning routines in place and this is undertaken after every session. Infectious disease/virus spread prevention is always considered essential as a massage therapist, that our standards are at the highest level at all times, in order to minimise as much risk as possible.
All linen is removed and cleaned by a professional laundry service. All touchable surfaces (including parts of the treatment room walls which are often lent on) are sprayed and wiped with a hospital grade disinfectant and sanitiser. Hand hygiene is a high priority and the therapist's hands, forearms and elbows (and above) are always thoroughly washed before and after every treatment, and often at other times throughout the day.
